All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and attributions** **Job description** --------------------- **Responsibilities and attributions:** The Internal Controls and Risk Management area operates transversally across all companies and business units of the group, ensuring compliance with governance standards, risk mitigation, effective controls, and follow-up on findings from internal, external, and forensic audits. The team is also responsible for strategic reporting to Audit Committees and for managing the strategic and operational risk matrix. **Responsibilities and attributions** ----------------------------------- **The hired professional will be responsible for:** **1\. Management of Audit Findings and Audits** * Act as the liaison between internal departments and internal, external, and forensic auditors. * Monitor action plans, deadlines, and validate evidence recorded in the management system. * Prepare presentations for monthly reporting to Audit Committees. **2\.
