You will work directly within the Quality Management System (QMS), dealing with standards such as IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and CQI, serving as a key driver in the factory’s process evolution. Your role will be to ensure QMS excellence through planning, maintenance, and continuous improvement—conducting internal and supplier audits, delivering training, supporting problem resolution, and developing documentation that sustains business quality. Here, you’ll have space to propose improvements, strengthen quality culture, and act with technical leadership. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan and conduct internal and supplier audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, CQI-9, CQI-15, CQI-27) and follow up on action plans until closure. Develop procedures, work instructions, and quality documents. Manage nonconformities using the 8D methodology. Monitor performance indicators. Map QMS processes. Conduct internal training. Propose continuous improvement actions. Provide technical guidance to quality analysts. Conduct Internal Management System Audits based on the latest valid revisions of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, issuing audit reports with findings, issuing Nonconformity Reports (NCRs) to responsible parties for existing nonconformities (NCs), aiming to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions within defined timeframes. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions defined in NCRs using the 8D methodology together with responsible parties, guiding them on implementation of changes per procedures defined in the QMS. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. Advanced English (writing and reading). Experience in quality within the automotive industry. Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3.
