Teamwork and commitment **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist the metalworker in manufacturing and assembling metal structures, gates, grilles, window/door frames, and other related items; * Perform cutting, grinding, and finishing of metal parts; * Prepare materials and tools required for tasks; * Assist in on-site installation and securing of structures; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow occupational safety regulations during all activities. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a metalworking assistant or in similar roles is preferred; * Basic knowledge of tools such as angle grinders, drills, and cutting equipment; * Availability to work standard business hours and occasionally at external job sites; * Proactivity, physical stamina, and commitment to work; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Education:** * Completed elementary education (preferred).
