Service and hospitality aligned with luxury culture JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a multifunctional professional to serve as the operational pillar of Muitozaki, fully covering daytime kitchen and dining room needs. The primary focus is on pre-preparation and kitchen support (Kitchen Assistant), with direct involvement in customer service and dining room cleaning during and after the Lunch Happy Hour. SCHEDULE DETAILS: Hours: 44 hours per week (e.g., 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break). Shift Pattern: 6x1 (six working days followed by one day off). Proposed Salary: BRL 2,360.00 to BRL 2,500.00 per month (based on the union-mandated minimum wage). BENEFITS (MANDATORY AND ADDITIONAL): Formal CLT employment registration. Transportation voucher (VT). Free lunch on-site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Both Roles): 1. KITCHEN AND HYGIENE AREA (Primary Focus) Pre-Preparation and Production: Cooking rice and beans, and preparing all ingredients for lunch service (salads, cutting, portioning). Support to the Chef: Assisting in rapid plating for the Lunch Happy Hour service. Utensil Cleaning (Dishwashing): Thorough and immediate washing of all pots, equipment, and tableware used in preparation and service. Ensuring organization and compliance with ANVISA hygiene standards. 2. DINING ROOM AND SERVICE AREA Service and Hospitality: Greeting and guiding customers, conveying Muitozaki’s luxury culture and hospitality. Dining Room Support: Serving dishes, clearing tableware, and assisting at the cash register/order station during peak lunch hours. Cleaning and Maintenance: Continuously organizing and cleaning the dining room (tables, chairs, and floor). Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 2,250.00 – BRL 2,500.00 per month
