Job Summary: Responsible for prospecting, consultative customer service, commercial negotiation, order management, and customer retention, with a focus on results. Key Highlights: 1. Focusing on results and customer retention **Responsibilities:** * **Active prospecting and customer reactivation:** contact new and inactive customers via phone, e\-mail, messages, and other communication channels; * **Opportunity identification:** analyze registrations and referrals to map new business opportunities; * **Consultative service:** clarify inquiries, present products and commercial terms clearly and professionally via phone and other digital channels; * **Portfolio presentation:** highlight product benefits and differentiators during negotiations; * **Commercial negotiation:** handle pricing, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms in accordance with company policy; * **Order and post\-sales management:** monitor orders through delivery and maintain contact to ensure customer satisfaction; * **Customer retention:** maintain periodic contact with customers to strengthen relationships; * **Information organization:** record and update data in the CRM; * **Customer segmentation:** create targeted sales lists and actions; * **Results orientation:** work with focus to achieve sales targets. **Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Basic Excel and Word proficiency; * Experience in sales, customer service, and negotiation techniques is important to ensure strong job performance; * Prior knowledge of tools and PPE is considered a plus. **Working Hours:** From 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) **This position is 100% on-site.** **Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance (BRL 25.00/day) * Medical Assistance (Unimed) * Dental Plan (Uniodonto) * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher * Life Insurance * Bonus tied to target achievement * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Partnership with Anhanguera University (tuition discounts for undergraduate and graduate programs) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: starting from BRL 2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
