About Us GTOP is composed of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashier operations and customer service, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/registering merchandise and collecting payments; performing cash withdrawals from the register; closing the register; and submitting financial reports at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout, adhering to protocols, rules, regulations, and pre-established standards; scanning/weighing products; consulting code tables; checking product labels, scale weight, and system correspondence; processing payments; for checks, verifying prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back; for cash, verifying authenticity; Ensure timely cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour cash box—thereby preventing excessive exposed cash accumulation and ensuring accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by actively offering available products and services; identifying missing items and promptly notifying the Supervisor for corrective action; Help reduce front-end losses by proactively minimizing plastic bag waste, potential theft, and ensuring rapid returns of perishable goods, etc. Maintain the workstation and equipment in perfect working and clean condition; request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in sorting goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks whenever necessary, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift wrapping, etc. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
