About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multifamily administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashier operations and customer service, adhering to established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing merchandise, processing payments, performing cash withdrawals from the register, closing the register, and reconciling daily transactions at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, verifying product labels, checking scale weight and system correspondence; processing payments; for checks, verifying prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back; for cash, verifying authenticity; Ensure timely cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing it into a safe or 24-hour cash box to prevent excessive exposed cash and ensure accurate accounting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting them to the Supervisor for action; Help reduce front-end losses by proactively minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, and promptly returning perishable items; Maintain the workstation and equipment in perfect working and clean condition, and request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with sorting goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift wrapping, etc. Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
