About Us GTOP is composed of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashier operations and customer service, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/entering merchandise, processing payments, performing cash drawer withdrawals, closing the register, and reconciling daily transactions at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout by adhering to established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting the product code table, verifying product labels, checking weight on the scale, confirming system accuracy, processing payments (for checks: verify prior authorization and record required notations on the back; for cash: verify authenticity); Ensure timely cash drawer withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing documentation, and submitting it to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into a safe or 24-hour cash box to prevent excess exposed cash and ensure accurate accounting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by actively offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and promptly notifying the Supervisor for corrective action; Help reduce front-end losses by proactively minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, ensuring prompt returns of perishable goods, etc.; Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with sorting goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, such as shelf and checkout stand restocking, product pricing and expiration date verification, gift wrapping, etc.; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Rua Guararema, 270.
