About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashier operations and customer service, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/registering merchandise and processing payments, as well as performing cash withdrawals from the register, closing the register, and submitting financial reports at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cashier, adhering to protocols, rules, regulations, and pre-established standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, checking product labels, verifying weight on scales and system correspondence; processing payments; for checks, confirming prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back; for cash, verifying authenticity; Ensure cash withdrawals from the register during the shift and its proper closure by counting cash, reconciling totals, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing it into a safe or 24-hour cash box, thereby avoiding excessive exposed cash and ensuring accountability; Contribute to achieving targets for current campaigns by offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting them to the Supervisor for action; Help reduce front-end losses by proactively minimizing plastic bag waste, potential theft, and expediting returns of perishable goods, etc.; Maintain the workplace and equipment in perfect working and clean condition, and request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in sorting goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks whenever necessary, such as shelf stocking and checkout stand replenishment, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift packaging, among others; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Avenida Frei Godofredo 1500 Santa Terezinha, Gaspar \- SC **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Retail Store Purchase Discount Program Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
