Job Summary: Responsible for processes related to issuing invoices (NFs), quotations, supporting the analysis and inspection of engineering projects, and managing regularization and environmental documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support for engineering projects and document management 2. Management of regularization and environmental documentation 3. Support in monthly billing closure and commercial calculations **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform invoice (NF) issuance processes in accordance with company policies; * Prepare quotations and tenders for contracting minor services; * Prepare quotations and tenders for purchasing materials (office supplies, miscellaneous items, etc.); * Support the analysis of engineering projects (electrical, hydraulic) for kiosks, according to the standard checklist; * Support the inspection of inaugurations of new stores and kiosks; * Support the inspection of decommissioning of new stores and kiosks; * Serve as the focal point for managing the shopping center’s regularization documentation, monitoring and uploading mandatory documents (permits, licenses, etc.) to the corporate platform; * Serve as the focal point for managing the shopping center’s environmental documentation, monitoring and uploading mandatory documents (PGRs, MTRs, etc.) to the corporate platform; * Provide support for monthly billing closure (calculation of condominium fee, water and electricity charges); * Provide support to the Commercial and Leasing teams by calculating simulations for expense allocation coefficients. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
