Job Summary: As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, providing digital and in-person customer service, recording transactions, and ensuring operational activity standardization. Ensuring standardization and control of operational activities **Responsibilities:** * Manage financial transactions during your shift, ensuring data reliability. * Provide digital or in-person customer service with quality, addressing each customer's specific needs. * Monitor cash, card, and PIX transfer inflows and outflows. * Record discounts, cancellations, and complimentary services with appropriate justifications. * Generate reliable shift reports. * Serve customers via digital channels and in-person interactions (e.g., counter, phone, WhatsApp, iFood order manager, dining area, reservation platform, etc.). * Dispatch products and ensure correct delivery to the respective customer. * Perform checklists to ensure proper system functionality and operations. * Report major issues encountered during customer interactions to leadership. * Ensure accurate recording and forwarding of customer reservations to the leadership team. * Complete established checklists to guarantee standardization and control of activities. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic mathematics and Portuguese language skills * Familiarity with cash register systems, card machines, and invoice issuance * Prior experience in cashier operations **You'll stand out if you have:** * Previous experience as a Cashier or in similar roles; * Basic knowledge of customer service techniques; * Proactivity and ability to handle challenging situations in the workplace.
