**OUR OPPORTUNITY:** UNDERWRITING SERVICES ANALYST I — EXCLUSIVELY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Support underwriting operational activities: screening quotation requests, verifying acceptance or declination per activity, validating initial documentation, performing general system registrations in Dynamics quotation management systems, including registration requests and broker/client servicing.
* Generate reports and complete pipeline management spreadsheets for the business line.
* Prepare checklists and policy specifications; verify documentation according to issuance criteria and policies.
* Handle endorsements, calculate refunds, and renew simplified policies.
* Perform medium-market risk underwriting activities.
* Provide administrative support: request invoice payments.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Insurance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields.
* Prior experience in administrative and operational routines, preferably within the insurance sector.
* Ability to analyze and verify documents.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures and policies.
* Strong communication, proactivity, and teamwork capability.
* Ability to manage simultaneous demands and deadlines.
* Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge is a plus.
