Belonging to Afinz means having space to experience ways that unite ideas, people, and dreams. **JoinAfinz—here, our affinity goes from A to Z.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze credit portfolio performance, monitoring key indicators such as revenue, margin, delinquency, and profitability; * Conduct studies and analyses to identify opportunities for revenue growth and risk mitigation; * Support the definition and evolution of credit policies and strategies; * Build and automate reports and dashboards for performance tracking; * Perform feasibility analyses for new products, limit adjustments, and new credit offerings; * Collaborate closely with departments including Risk, Products, Sales, and Finance; * Monitor portfolio behavior and propose improvement actions; * Track implemented initiatives, evaluating impacts and outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in credit analysis and portfolio management; * Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability; * Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools; * Knowledge of credit products (credit cards, personal loans, or similar); * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. **Additional Information** **Benefits** **Providing the best work experience is one of our top priorities—check out the benefits you’ll enjoy at Afinz:** .
