MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST – 6 HOURS

We are an ophthalmology clinic located in the center of Florianópolis/SC and are seeking an organized, communicative, and responsible professional to join our team. **Your main responsibilities:** * Patient reception (in-person and by phone) * Scheduling appointments and procedures * Issuing invoices * Requesting and tracking authorizations with medical insurance providers **Requirements:** * Proven experience with medical insurance plans * Completed high school education * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity * Aptitude for administrative routines **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 12:45 PM to 7:00 PM (with a 15-minute break)** **Benefits:** Meal allowance, transportation allowance, and hazardous duty allowance **Important:** Candidates without prior experience in medical clinics or with medical insurance plans will not be considered for this position. **Interested?** Send us your resume and join our team!
