We are seeking talented and dedicated professionals to further strengthen our team. **Job Mission:** Ensure high-quality, humanized service to clinic patients via telephone support—providing information, scheduling appointments and procedures, and efficiently and courteously resolving inquiries and requests—aiming for patient satisfaction and loyalty. **Your main responsibilities will be:** **Telephone Support:** * Provide courteous and efficient inbound telephone support. * Answer questions and provide information regarding services, exams, consultations, and ophthalmological procedures. **Scheduling Appointments and Procedures:** * Schedule consultations and procedures in the clinic’s system. * Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed. * Guide patients on necessary preparations for exams and procedures. **Patient Support:** * Forward patient requests and complaints to the responsible departments. * Provide pre- and post-consultation support and guidance. * Maintain up-to-date records of patient interactions in the system. **Information Management:** * Accurately update and maintain patient registration data. * Manage the clinic professionals’ schedule, ensuring optimal time utilization. **Quality and Continuous Improvement:** * Participate in training and development programs offered by the clinic. * Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes. **What We Expect From You:** **Technical Competencies:** Completed high school education Customer service experience Appointment and procedure scheduling skills Experience with call center and clinic management systems Basic computer skills (Office suite, scheduling systems) Fast and accurate typing ability **Behavioral Competencies:** Organization Proactivity Emotional balance Good humor Verbal communication Discipline Team spirit Flexibility Performance under pressure Active listening Empathy Interpersonal relationships **Why Oftalmoplus?** If you still have doubts that Oftalmoplus is an excellent place to work, check out the benefits we offer: Transportation allowance Meal allowance Health insurance Birthday bonus Breakfast Team-building activities So, are you in?
