High-level problem resolution and technical support Description: Requirements: * Technical education in Telecommunications, Electrotechnics, Networks, or related fields (bachelor's degree in progress or completed is preferred); * Prior experience as a supervisor or team leader in the telecommunications sector; * Knowledge of optical networks (GPON), structured cabling, and telecommunications infrastructure; * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills; * Driver's license category B and availability for travel between Assis and Ourinhos. Advantages: * Experience with systems, incident management, or technical platforms; * Certifications or courses in networking, people management, or customer service; * Field technical support and corporate customer service experience. Responsibilities: * Manage fiber-optic network deployment teams, as well as residential and corporate customer installation and maintenance; * Plan and monitor daily technical activities; * Hire, oversee, and evaluate the performance of third-party companies; * Supervise the rollout of new Cabonnet network coverage areas; * Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and other company assets; * Ensure compliance with internal standards and technical processes established by Cabonnet; * Provide high-level field technical support to customers when required; * Install and configure telecommunications systems and equipment (modems, routers, ONUs, etc.); * Test telecommunications systems to ensure full connectivity functionality; * Identify and resolve faults in telecommunications systems; * Verify electrical power supply and network connections at installation sites; * Replace and test damaged network components and equipment; * Participate in the development and review of technical infrastructure and network expansion projects; * Prepare reports and technical documentation related to performed services; * Ensure network equipment configuration complies with company standards. 2512100202181825624
