Job Details Type of employment: * Freelance (PJ) Professional area: Information Technology / IT Work modality: Remote Responsibilities and duties Mid-level Fullstack Developer to work on the evolution and maintenance of a distributed platform, featuring an event-oriented architecture focused on performance and scalability. Development of new features, technical improvements, and evolutionary maintenance, collaborating with more experienced professionals and contributing to the application's continuous evolution. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend applications in PHP and Node.js; Implement and enhance frontend interfaces using React and jQuery; Work with event-oriented architecture using NSQ and Kafka; Use Redis and Memcached for caching strategies; Work with MongoDB databases; Support monitoring and troubleshooting using OpenSearch/Kibana and New Relic; Work with containerized environments using Docker; Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices; Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality and application performance. Requirements and qualifications Backend: Practical experience with PHP or Node.js; Designing and consuming REST APIs; Basic understanding of service-oriented architecture; Knowledge of coding best practices. Frontend: Experience with React; Experience with jQuery (for maintaining legacy systems); Frontend-backend integration via APIs. Infrastructure & Data: Experience with MongoDB; Familiarity with caching tools such as Redis or Memcached; Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka or NSQ); Basic/intermediate knowledge of Docker; Understanding of observability concepts (logs, metrics, monitoring).
