In a collaborative, results-oriented environment, Método seeks professionals who enjoy solving complex challenges, have autonomy to lead projects, and value building long-term relationships with clients. **Who we are looking for** We are seeking a professional with solid experience in e-commerce platforms—especially **VTEX** and **Shopify**—who possesses a consultative mindset, strong organizational skills, and autonomy to manage multiple projects simultaneously. If you enjoy transforming challenges into solutions and driving measurable impact on client outcomes, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead end-to-end e-commerce platform implementation projects—from planning through delivery. * Provide technical account management for a portfolio of clients, ensuring quality and satisfaction. * Perform configurations, integrations, and parameterizations on e-commerce and CRM platforms. * Gather technical and functional requirements from clients. * Document processes, validate implementations, and support post-go-live operations. * Act as a technical consultant, proposing strategic improvements and solutions for clients. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms. * Practical experience with **VTEX** and **Shopify**. * Hands-on experience implementing and configuring e-commerce platforms. * Experience integrating systems. * Experience delivering consultative client support. **Nice-to-have** * Experience implementing CRM systems. * Knowledge of integrations with ERPs, payment gateways, and customer service platforms. * Process-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. **Additional information** * Employment type: Individual Contractor (PJ) * Work model: 100% Remote * Open to professionals across Brazil * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM **Benefits:** * Gympass * Birthday Day Off * 10 paid leave days * Bonuses for project delivery and client retention We connect companies with the right professionals through agile, human-centered processes focused on creating value for all stakeholders.
