Job Summary:
The Procurement Supervisor oversees activities, leads teams, negotiates with suppliers, and ensures the supply of materials and services required for company operations.

**Procurement Supervisor**
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields;
Previous experience in procurement, including activities such as quotation, negotiation, and purchase order follow-up;
Experience in supplier qualification and evaluation processes; negotiation techniques;
Procurement and supply chain processes; basic knowledge of cost analysis and commercial terms;
Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement portals; intermediate Office suite proficiency (especially Excel).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Training courses in procurement and experience in the metal-mechanical industry;
Knowledge of materials and services: machining, boiler-making, welding, and industrial painting.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise procurement department activities to ensure the supply of materials, supplies, and services required for company operations;
Lead and develop the procurement team, monitoring performance and results; conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms, quality, and delivery schedules;
Develop and qualify suppliers of materials and services;
Monitor departmental KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions;
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures;
Collaborate with Production, PCP, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehousing departments to align requirements;
Monitor contracts, purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure fulfillment of company needs;
Control costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising product or service quality.

**Salary:**
BRL 3\.500,00 plus performance-based incentives (to be agreed upon)
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: BRL 2\.678,45 – BRL 3\.500,00 per month
