YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor daily productivity of the external sales team by completing spreadsheets and control records. * Report daily sales results to the Regional Coordinator. * Define sales routes for the external sales team, in accordance with guidelines established with the Regional Coordinator. * Monitor the external sales representatives in your region, provide feedback, deliver training, and implement development initiatives, ensuring productivity and achievement of regional sales targets. * Serve as the liaison between the Regional Coordinator and the team, guaranteeing timely communication of guidelines, results, and other operationally relevant information. * Occasionally participate in company-sponsored events, representing the brand, presenting products and services, and reinforcing the company’s institutional image. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education * Flexible availability regarding working hours * Prior experience in sales * Driver’s license category B (CNH B) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in door-to-door sales * Team management experience DOES THIS POSITION MATCH YOUR PROFILE?
