You will work at a growing company with a high volume of hires, space to test ideas, improve processes, and see your work generating real impact on the team. * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and administrative positions. * Screen resumes and contact candidates. * Schedule and conduct interviews (online and in-person). * Update vacancy and candidate tracking systems and reports. * Ensure a positive experience for all candidates. * Support talent attraction initiatives and job posting activities. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields. * Organized, hands-on profile with strong focus on results. * Assertiveness in conducting conversations with candidates and managers. * Availability for remote work (Home Office). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience recruiting for high-volume hiring companies. * Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards). * Participation in selection process improvement projects. * Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition / HR.
