IT project planning and implementation **Description** Administration of Windows servers Create, configure, and delete access on Windows Server Manage folder permissions Manage backup routines Create or block ERP access Configure and manage firewalls Configuration of switches and routers Resolution of registered service requests Planning, configuration, and implementation of new projects Product budgeting Configuration and administration of monitoring tools Support via email, WhatsApp, and telephone Relationships with IT vendors Support for Level 1 and Level 2 technical assistance Ensure the integrity and reliability of information under your management; verify incidents related to security violations Create and maintain technical documentation and client reports Monitor and track client services **Responsibilities and Duties** – Plan, implement, and manage the organization’s network infrastructure. – Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving connectivity issues. – Ensure network security by implementing appropriate policies and practices. – Configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls. – Perform backups and document network configurations and operational procedures. – Collaborate with other teams to optimize network usage and resolve incidents. – Track technological trends and updates to improve network efficiency. – Prepare performance reports and use metrics to drive improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree English (Intermediate – Required), Spanish (Basic – Required) 3–5 years of experience Operating Systems: Linux, Mac OS, Windows Other software: ERP, SAP, Google Workspace, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), Servers Knowledge of Microsoft 365
