Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented focus **JOB: MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Proven experience in a managerial role; * Experience in the fuel industry and commercial area will be considered an advantage; * Knowledge of team management, administrative routines, and inventory control; * Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and conflict resolution; * Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented focus; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the team and monitor employee performance; * Supervise daily operations of the establishment; * Control inventory, orders, and overall organization; * Ensure achievement of goals and results; * Monitor KPIs and propose improvements; * Ensure high-quality customer service and proper functioning of the unit. \* \*Salary negotiable, commensurate with market standards.
