Prior experience in a meat processing plant is essential We are seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to work on-site at a meat processing plant in Várzea Paulista/SP. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the dispatch team; * Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods; * Ensure accuracy and efficiency in dispatch and warehousing processes; * Implement inventory control and stocktaking procedures; * Analyze performance reports and metrics; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions. **Requirements:** * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering; * Previous experience in dispatch roles, with prior experience in a meat processing plant being essential; * Availability for on-site work in Várzea Paulista/SP. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in logistics and inventory management. **Benefits:** * Basic Food Basket * On-site meals * Commuter shuttle service * Unimed Health Plan (after probationary period) * Dental Plan (after probationary period) * Total Pass (formerly Gympass) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1,00 per month Work Location: On-site
