Credentialing Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a **Credentialing Supervisor** responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient execution of provider credentialing and appointment scheduling processes, while guaranteeing compliance with internal and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise credentialing processes, including provider onboarding, termination, and updates. * Coordinate the scheduling team, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Ensure accurate review and validation of service providers’ documentation. * Monitor performance indicators and generate management reports. * Serve as the liaison between internal departments and external providers to align requirements and workflows. * Evaluate complaints and incidents related to the accredited network’s services and intervene when necessary. * Develop and implement continuous improvements to credentialing and scheduling processes. * Ensure consistent system data updates. * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions to keep the team aligned with policies and procedures. * Foster positive relationships with providers, beneficiaries, and internal departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education**: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospital Management, Project Management, or related fields. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Food Allowance; Transportation Allowance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Rede Mais Saúde Platform + Telemedicine; Discount Network Platform with partners + cashback and medication subsidy linked to Rede Mais Saúde usage; TotalPass; Corporate Education.
