Our mission is to transform trust into energy through equipment rental and integrated solutions, with ethics serving as our guiding principle and supporting our employees who consistently deliver increasingly greater results. **\#ProudToBeAGeradora** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor active rental contracts, validate amounts, request adjustments, and prevent invoice cancellations; * Prepare weekly revenue forecasts and reconcile actual revenues against forecasts, identifying and correcting discrepancies; * Support customers, record interactions, and provide assistance in commercial and operational matters; * Initiate demobilization processes, monitor equipment replacements, and follow up on accessory returns; * Send Measurement Bulletins, track approvals, and handle measurements/documentation with Head Office; * Review contracts involving accessories, request adjustments for invoice issuance, and record history in customer files; * Support the Commercial Supervisor and Unit Management in commercial activities and decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills. **YOU STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE** * Prior experience in commercial and administrative roles. **Additional Information** **WHAT WE OFFER** * Profit-sharing program; * Medical and dental assistance; * Meal allowance/food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * TotalPass; * Birthday Day Off; We believe energy is the force that drives every movement!
