Interface with the Transport Department for sending or receiving patients from the Emergency Department; 27\. Contribute to NIR development based on the responsibilities of the Nursing position; 28\. Determine which patients are admitted to ward beds or may be transferred to internal or external backup beds; 29\. Carry out tasks with a focus on continuous improvement of institutional processes, assisting with vacation, day-off, or emergency staffing coverage when necessary or requested by the immediate supervisor. 30\. Use resources (equipment, PPE, materials, and facilities) responsibly, immediately reporting any issues or changes to the supervisor and safeguarding institutional assets. 31\.
