**Job Opening: Purchasing Assistant** We are seeking a **Purchasing Assistant** to strengthen our team and support the company's growth. We are looking for an organized, communicative, and eager-to-learn individual who enjoys working with processes and has strong interaction across various departments. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** You will be responsible for scheduling purchases according to ERP demand, managing scheduled orders, monitoring deadlines, deliveries, and returns, supporting the evaluation of new suppliers, and contributing to budget control within the department. Additionally, you will interface with logistics, warehousing, and other departments to ensure all internal requirements are met promptly and accurately. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: coursework in purchasing, logistics, or administration; * Prior experience in purchasing or related areas (e.g., warehousing or logistics); * Proficiency in Excel and advanced computer skills; * Advantage: familiarity with industrial technical materials (steel plates and bars, hydraulic and pneumatic components, and units of measurement such as mm and inches). **Ideal profile:** Strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, openness to continuous learning, active listening, and ease in working with processes. **What does the company offer?** * CLT employment contract, ensuring stability and security. * Transportation allowance (credited directly on payroll). * On-site meals. * Birthday Day Off (if it falls on a business day). * Group life insurance. * Medical and dental plans after the probation period (not extendable to dependents). **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, from **07:30 to 17:30** Fridays, from **07:30 to 16:30** Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.300,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Within your professional expectations, what salary range are you targeting for this position? * We are located in Campinas, and this position is 100% on-site.
