Job Summary: Assist the classroom teacher in activities with children, monitor their development, hygiene, and nutrition, and assume responsibility for the classroom in the teacher's absence. Participation in ongoing professional development and school events **RESPONSIBILITIES:** General Information: Duties: Assist the classroom teacher in activities with children within the care and education axis. Monitor, guide, and support children's personal hygiene, respecting age groups and following guidelines outlined in the Health Project. Supervise children's meals, fostering a calm and welcoming environment. Ensure and guide children regarding care for their personal and collective belongings. Organize and guide children on caring for the physical space of the classroom. Assume full responsibility for the classroom in the teacher's absence, ensuring continuity of planned activities. Accompany children during external school activities, when related to lesson planning. Observe children's developmental progress and share observations with the classroom teacher. Take responsibility for planning a sequence of activities or a project. Forward all medications brought from home to the nursing technician for administration to children. Attach notices to the child's agenda.
