Your journey starts here! **Your typical day:** You will work in the academic field, preparing and delivering classes, administering exams, and monitoring the development of students under your responsibility — always seeking to maximize class effectiveness by leveraging all available methodologies and technologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** Deliver theoretical and practical classes according to the course syllabus. Develop and update lesson plans, curricular content, and teaching materials. Evaluate student performance through theoretical and practical assessment tools, ensuring fair and consistent criteria. Participate in pedagogical meetings, faculty councils, and other institutional activities. Develop and encourage research and extension activities. Supervise academic works, such as final course projects (TCCs) and scientific projects. Comply with and ensure compliance with institutional regulations and course guidelines. Apply active teaching methodologies, promoting integration between theory and practice. Stay updated on knowledge areas and on health and education guidelines. Collaborate on interdisciplinary actions and institutional projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Minimum postgraduate specialization (Master’s or Doctorate in health or education fields preferred). Proven experience in nursing care. Experience in higher or technical education teaching (preferred).
