




Job Summary: Professional responsible for verifying signatures on discharge documents, authorizing patient departures, checking products, controlling access, and overseeing security in a hospital environment. Internal procedure monitoring **Description**: Verify that discharge documents are duly signed by the Nursing, Cashier, and Participating Family \-SUS departments. Verify upon departure whether the Release Form is properly completed and signed by the Nursing and Admissions departments. Authorize body removal in accordance with the Institution's internal procedures. Check the description of items to be removed and verify the asset identification number, as per established procedures. Ensure staff enter without bags, in accordance with functional group procedures. Request authorization from the Security Supervisor, when necessary, for press and donation vehicles, confirming with the driver the destination department for the donation. Monitor and ensure that only authorized patients and/or companions access the Emergency Department, verifying whether the patient has been called for treatment. Authorize access to the Emergency Department for the patient and/or companion upon call by physician and/or nurse, guiding them to the designated treatment location. **Other Requirements**: Requirements: Completed high school education; Availability to work from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., with alternating weekends (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) \- 36 hours per week.
