Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling the access of people, vehicles, and materials, as well as guiding users and assisting in hospital care. Key Highlights: 1. Management of people and material flow in a hospital environment **Main Responsibilities:** Control access for staff identified by their institutional ID badge; Control access for visitors and companions of hospitalized patients, via signature in the visitor logbook and issuance of identification labels; Control outpatient, emergency, urgent care, hemodynamics, ICU, and endoscopy access through issuance of visitor ID badges and recording data in spreadsheets; Restrict access for visitors under 12 years old to Medical Clinics and under 16 years old to ICUs; Control access for representatives to the Urgent Care Department; Distribute appointment tickets and guide users to requested services (Outpatient Consultation, Examinations, Appointment Scheduling, etc.); Assist with boarding and disembarking wheelchair users; Control administrative visits; job candidates undergoing selection; and representatives—informing the responsible department for entry authorization, issuing mandatory institutional ID badges for circulation, and recording information in spreadsheets; Control intern access via ID badges and inform them which signature sheet to use, according to their educational institution; Contact departments responsible for receiving correspondence; Control entry of items into patient rooms (plants, fans, portable air conditioners, etc.); Provide information to the Imaging Service (X-ray and CT Scan); Record incidents in the official incident logbook; Control vehicle entry into the Hospital; Control physician access by recording vehicle license plates and applying professional stamps; Grant ambulance access to Urgent Care, notifying the internal Security Desk staff; Guide companions on patient boarding and disembarking, informing them of the 15-minute tolerance period with hazard lights activated; Direct patients and visitors to requested locations (Outpatient Clinic / Urgent Care / Inpatient Admission); Control funeral vehicle access by recording license plates in spreadsheets; Control cargo and unloading vehicle access, notifying the responsible department for authorization; Track cause of death cases with funeral service (via spreadsheet); Control opening and closing of the clinic (Programa Saúde Alegria); Control material entry by verifying invoices (Programa Saúde Alegria); Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.
