About the Role: The ITAS (IT and Automation Solutions) department is responsible for IT support and automation solutions that sustain Alumar’s industrial operations and business areas, including infrastructure, networks, telecommunications, CCTV, and process automation. As a Senior Telecommunications and CCTV Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the telecommunications and CCTV infrastructure in São Luís, Maranhão, serving as the local technical leader, primary point of contact for suppliers, and liaison for projects and global teams—ensuring standardization, availability, and compliance of services, including the CCTV scope for Juruti, Pará. Other key responsibilities include:* Serve as the local technical leader and primary reference for telecommunications and CCTV, supporting projects and the operation of wired and wireless networks, mobile telephony, PTT radios, data links, and CCTV. * Coordinate and supervise the operation and maintenance of telecommunications and CCTV environments, managing suppliers and ensuring availability, security, standardization, and SLA compliance. * Plan and oversee installations, maintenance, and projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications and aligning local, regional, and global teams. * Diagnose, resolve, and escalate technical incidents and problems, minimizing operational and business impacts. * Ensure technical governance, documentation, asset inventory, lifecycle management, and compliance with internal, regulatory, and information security standards. * Produce performance indicators (KPIs), operational reports, and support compliance activities and CCTV environment updates. What You Can Bring to This Role: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in Telecommunications and Network Infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, switches, data links, mobile telephony, PTT radios, and CCTV systems; * Experience as a technical reference or local technical leader, capable of coordinating suppliers and sustaining critical communication environments; * Ability to participate in projects from conception through delivery, interacting with local, regional, and global teams; * Knowledge of governance and security, including best practices (ITIL/COBIT), compliance, information security, and technical documentation; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Willingness to reside in São Luís, Maranhão (on-site work).
