If you enjoy solving problems, possess strong communication skills, and wish to advance your career in the technology field, this may be the ideal opportunity. **Work Location:** Historic Center of São Paulo, São Paulo \- SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to change based on client requirements) **Employment Type:** TEMPORARY **Duration:** April 8, 2026 to May 7, 2026 (vacation coverage) **Salary:** R$ 2\.400,00 **Benefits** * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 30.00 per day. * **Life Insurance** * **Health Insurance Plan** * **Dental Insurance Plan** * **SESC Membership** * **GoGood Well-being Platform** **Main Responsibilities** * Support, installation, and configuration of **IT equipment**. * Diagnosis and resolution of **technical incidents**. * Installation and support for **Windows 7/8/10/11**. * Installation and configuration of **Office Suite, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive**. * Installation of approved software (antivirus, PDF readers, and plugins). * Assistance with **network infrastructure** (cabling, crimping, and physical switch installation). * Logging, tracking, and resolving service tickets in the ticketing system. * Creation and updating of **procedures and knowledge base**. **Requirements** * **Education:** * High school diploma with a **technical course in IT**, or * Bachelor's degree in **Information Technology** (in progress or completed). * **Experience:** * Minimum of **1 year in IT support**. **Desirable Knowledge** * Maintenance and configuration of **Microsoft Windows environments**. * **Active Directory**. * **Office 365 and Office Suite**. * **Computer networking (TCP/IP, wireless, and security)**. * **Hardware maintenance**. * Basic knowledge of **Linux**. * Technical English for reading purposes. * Certifications such as **ITIL v4** or **MCSA** are advantageous. **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong **oral and written communication** skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to **analyze and resolve problems**.
