




Key responsibilities: Plan and execute procurement processes: Request quotations, negotiate with suppliers Issue purchase orders and track delivery deadlines Manage contracts and suppliers: Control inventory. Monitor maintenance services Support the planning and execution of corrective and preventive maintenance for facilities, machinery, and equipment Provide support for building infrastructure: Prepare reports and performance indicators: monitor costs, material consumption, supplier performance, and process efficiency. Support special procurement processes: When applicable, handle tax and logistics matters. Ensure all procurements, contracts, and maintenance activities comply with internal policies and applicable legislation. Address requests from internal departments by proposing feasible solutions within budget and established timelines Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance sustainability in supply chain and infrastructure processes Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Knowledge/experience Procurement knowledge: Acquisition processes, negotiation, contracts, and supplier relationship management Inventory management Inventory control methods, physical inventory, and warehousing systems. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word, and PowerPoint Performance indicator management: Ability to create and monitor performance, cost, consumption, and timeline reports.
