At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Manage end-to-end procurement processes for infrastructure construction projects and budgeting for proposals. * Be responsible for civil materials and services categories, managing the Procurement Process—especially for A- and B-curve items. * Issue Invitation Letters/RFQs, analyze commercial proposals, and prepare Quotation Comparison Charts. * Conduct commercial negotiations, formalize pre\-agreements, contracts, NDAs, and other necessary legal instruments. * Procure suppliers and service providers, issue purchase orders and contracts in SAP (ERP). * Analyze and discuss draft contracts, manage suppliers (registration, qualification, spend, etc.), and ensure effective contract handover. * Serve as the focal point for proposal studies, identifying and developing strategic suppliers. * Conduct market analyses for strategic categories, monitor market indicators (commodities, indices, etc.), and perform global sourcing of suppliers and alternative solutions. * Develop categories using knowledge in Strategic Sourcing, Cost Breakdown, TCO, CPU, among others. * Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate performance and strategies for categories under your responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of procurement processes, with experience in procuring civil materials and services, applying market practices and methodologies for strategic procurement—such as Strategic Sourcing, Cost Breakdown, Make or Buy, TCO, CPU, among others. * Knowledge of tax, legal, and financial matters (insurance and guarantees, financing, NPV); * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive; * Strong communication and persuasion skills; * Advanced negotiation skills; * SAP knowledge is a plus; * Intermediate English (desirable / not mandatory); * Basic Spanish (desirable / not mandatory). **Additional Information** Work Location: São Paulo/SP \- South Zone (Berrini) 100% office-based * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach ever further! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais, born from the dream of three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped since.
