




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Specialized Support Analyst to operate in critical network, security, and datacenter infrastructure environments, ensuring stability and incident response. Technical support to internal teams and customers We are looking for a person to work as a **Senior Specialized Support Analyst within the Specialized Support team.** This role will be responsible for operating in critical environments, with focus on networks, security, and datacenter infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and efficient incident response. We count on this person to: * Analyze and resolve complex incidents (N3\) in network, security, and datacenter environments; * Perform advanced troubleshooting on firewalls, routing, switching, and traffic analysis; * Administer and maintain security solutions such as NGFW, VPNs, access policies, and threat mitigation; * Operate and maintain virtualized environments and backup solutions, ensuring data availability and integrity; * Provide technical support to internal teams and customers, serving as a reference for critical investigations and structural improvements; Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields (Networks, Systems, Computing, or related areas) * Solid experience in advanced support (N3\) or operation of critical environments * Practical experience with network and security troubleshooting * Experience with datacenter and virtualized infrastructure environments (Nutanix, VMware, ExaGrid) * Experience with edge and security environments (Palo Alto, Fortinet) * Networking: TCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, NAT, VLANs * Security: Firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, Juniper), VPNs, ACLs * Traffic analysis: tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark (or similar) * Virtualization: VMware, Hyper\-V or similar; * Backup: enterprise-grade solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault or similar) **Strongly preferred qualifications if you have:** * Experience with attack mitigation (DDoS, anomalous traffic analysis, etc.) * Experience with lawful interception / confidentiality breach solutions * Technical certifications (e.g., CCNP, NSE, PCNSE, JNCIS/JNCIP or equivalents) * We seek a profile with strong analytical capability, technical autonomy, and a proactive attitude in managing critical incidents, with direct involvement in mission-critical environments and real impact on customers and operations. * *We encourage diversity!
