Job Summary: The IT Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and evolving the institution's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. UniFTC Network operates campuses under the UniFTC and UNEX brands across multiple cities in Northeastern Brazil. It offers more than 30 undergraduate programs across all knowledge areas, with particular strengths in Engineering, Technology, and Health Sciences—including one of Brazil's top Medical programs. **Our IT Infrastructure Analyst will administer, maintain, and evolve the institution’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and scalability for both on-premises and cloud environments, while also supporting strategic technology projects.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Server and Data Center Management:** Installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical/virtual servers, including Windows and Linux environments; * **Networking and Security:** Administration of TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and implementation of security policies; * **Monitoring and Support:** Proactive performance monitoring, incident resolution, and patch application; * **Cloud and Virtualization:** Implementation and management of cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) and virtualization technologies; * **Projects and Routine Tasks:** Capacity planning, technical documentation, and automation of tasks via scripting. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Experience and Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the field. **Required/Desired Knowledge:** * Networking (Advanced); * Physical and logical networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN); * Structured cabling (UTP, fiber optics); * Physics concepts applied to Wi-Fi (frequency, interference, coverage); * VLANs, routing, managed switching; * Advanced network monitoring and troubleshooting; * Management of dedicated links and redundancy; * Operating Systems; * Advanced Linux administration (web servers, Docker containers, load balancers, Java/Tomcat environments); * Windows Server administration; * Active Directory (domain structure, GPOs, permissions); * Microsoft 365 environment administration; * Firewalls and security; * Corporate Wi-Fi; * VPN; * Cloud Computing; * IP Telephony. **We seek individuals who possess:** * Problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability; * Initiative; * Planning skills; * Proactivity; * Organization and structured documentation; * Strong communication skills for interaction with technical teams and vendors; * Ability to perform effectively under pressure during critical situations **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Maternity/Paternity gift basket; * Fit Energy program; * Tuition assistance; * Partnerships with affiliated institutions (pharmacies, language schools). **Additional Information:** * On-site position; * Work schedule: 44 hours per week, aligned with standard business hours; * Willingness to travel for visits to campuses; * Must reside in Salvador or its metropolitan area (mandatory).
