Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to support and evolve technology environments, with a focus on incident resolution and monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring databases and resolving incidents We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to strengthen our team and support the stability of technology environments, ensuring service quality, stability, and continuity. This person will work directly in operations, focusing on incident resolution, environment monitoring, and infrastructure evolution support. The opportunity is to join the Cloud Operations team, working with Microsoft Azure environments and supporting other platforms, contributing to the continuous stability and evolution of infrastructure. **Your typical day:** Manage cloud environments, focusing on Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS); Administer Windows servers, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting; Operate and monitor databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL; Perform backup and restoration routines and monitor environment performance; Use monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, Kibana, and DataDog; Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and changes, following ITSM best practices and information security standards. Support operational activity automation to improve efficiency.
