We are looking for a talent to join the infrastructure team, responsible for analyzing controls of computer systems, ensuring support for systems developed for MDS and technology solutions aligned with the business. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure that all network, database, server, hardware, and software infrastructure operates properly, by supporting configuration, updates, and monitoring of IT infrastructure components, enabling execution of all business activities. * Provide technical support by responding to end-user service requests to resolve IT infrastructure-related issues. * Perform IT infrastructure maintenance through preventive maintenance of all IT infrastructure components to ensure all processes operate fully, securely, and with high availability. * Identify improvement opportunities by mapping performed during process execution, application of procedures and workflows, to propose actions enabling continuous improvement in IT infrastructure. * Document implementation of knowledge developed throughout support delivery, by presenting information objectively, categorically, and visually, to create shared and transparent understanding of the entire IT infrastructure. * Act as a trainer and/or reference for other team members, through training and/or guidance, enabling everyone to use applications and work tools effectively to achieve results. * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the role, as required and/or demanded by the area, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate leader, to ensure continuous professional development as an opportunity for learning and according to area needs. * Actively contribute to developing performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new IT infrastructure projects for the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT Management or related fields * Basic/intermediate English proficiency * Hands-on experience with physical and logical network configuration (TCP/IP, IP ranges, subnets/masks, gateways, routing, network topology, etc.) * Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.), virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.), firewall rules, security policies, and sharing protocols * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, risk-taking ability, and technical leadership **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal and food allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Gympass * Birthday leave (Day off) * Discounts on personal insurance contracts, including auto, life, home, travel, and others.
