Hub of Possibilities **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide N1 and N2 support to employees on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; perform hands-on endpoint remediation (installation/update/configuration); * Serve as the primary contact point and gather information for N3 specialists; escalate incidents when necessary; * Support the scope, objectives, and deliverables of Workplace projects; monitor progress and adjust schedule/scope to ensure timely delivery; * Automate IT processes using scripts and solutions (PowerShell, other scripting languages); * Plan and conduct user training and tool adoption initiatives; * Manage IT assets (hardware and software): inventory, lifecycle management, license control, and documentation; * Manage licenses and applications such as MS365, Adobe, Visio, Project, among others; * Document processes, workflows, changes, and hardware/software history; * Evaluate processes, propose improvements, and conduct market solution benchmarking; * Generate periodic reports on performance, incidents, and assets; * Participate in evaluation and approval of new products/services; prepare technical documentation for support and infrastructure; * Provide end-user support in Workplace environments (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS), including networking, security, printing, and videoconferencing; * Participate in Workplace projects, manage IT assets and licenses, automate processes, and promote technology adoption. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience providing endpoint support (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS); * Experience in Workplace environments: laptops, mobile devices, printing, and videoconferencing; * Experience supporting users at all levels, including VIPs; * Experience with ITSM tools (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge, Asset); * Experience managing/executing projects and coordinating initiatives with minimal supervision; * Advanced Windows support experience (OS, networking, security); MCP certification preferred; * Advanced macOS support experience (OS, networking, security); * Mobile device support (Android/iOS); MDM/MAM experience preferred; * Networking knowledge for endpoints (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi) and security tools (VPN, proxy, encryption); * Experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM) and advanced MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive); * Script creation and automation (PowerShell, scripting, or languages such as Java); intermediate database knowledge (MS Access, SQL); * Advanced Excel; * Advanced English (spoken and written); * Experience organizing/managing data centers is a plus. **Additional Information** Health and Dental Insurance: We care about your health and well-being with comprehensive plans Life Insurance: Security assurance for you and your family Meal Voucher: Guaranteed daily meals with flexibility Transportation Voucher: Easy commuting with peace of mind Private Pension Plan: Plan your future with our financial support Fresh Fruit at Breakfast: Start your day energized and healthy—fruits available at our offices Birthday Off: Work half-day on your birthday to enjoy your special day.
