




Job Summary: An IT professional to provide technical support, hardware and software maintenance, and system installation/configuration for businesses. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with the team and support training for junior members. **A bit about the company...** An IT company specializing in implementing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. **Your day-to-day responsibilities...** * Open and track technical service tickets; * Install and configure Microsoft operating systems and drivers; * Update firmware and configure network sharing; * Install and configure printers, scanners, and multifunction devices (USB, Network, Wi-Fi); * Install applications requested by clients; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers; * Assemble and maintain desktops and notebooks; * Configure email accounts (IMAP, POP, Exchange Online); * Install and configure OneDrive; * Perform workstation backups; * Optimize performance of workstations, printers, and networks; * Provide end-user technical support, identifying their needs; * Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client service; * Conduct occasional on-site technical visits to clients for hands-on support and resolution of specific issues; * Document and update technical procedures; * Support training and guidance for more junior team members; * Assist in planning infrastructure improvements; * Analyze and resolve more complex problems. **** **What we’re looking for in the person joining our team...** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service (phone and in-person); * Experience in team leadership or coordination; * Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk); * Hardware knowledge: diagnostics, component replacement, and maintenance; * Networking knowledge (modems, routers, etc.), printers, and scanners; * Help desk IT support experience. **Employment Type:** CLT.**Compensation:** R$ 3.000,00.**Benefits:** VT + Health insurance (available after 3 months of experience – Porto Seguro – no co-payment + 50% of monthly premium covered by the company) + Life insurance (Porto Seguro) + Meal voucher (R$ 30.00 per day) + Day Off + Birthday gift card (available after 3 months of experience) + SESC membership (registration at SESC required) + Fuel allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Location:** Centro, São Bernardo do Campo/SP.
