




Job Summary: A professional to support continuous process and system improvement, develop infrastructure studies, and oversee routine services. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting feasibility studies and continuous improvement initiatives 2. Preparing technical reports and utilizing management tools 3. Developing infrastructure studies using AUTOCAD Assist the manager in developing preliminary studies and feasibility analyses for implementing new equipment, systems, and/or processes aimed at continuous improvement. Prepare technical reports and performance indicators using the maintenance management tool. Monitor service orders via the tool to ensure adherence to response and resolution deadlines. Develop infrastructure studies by interpreting and drafting layouts and designs using AUTOCAD, complying with applicable standards, current technical specifications, and higher-level instructions. Analyze engineering projects and processes, paying attention to details and/or technical specifications, and provide technical input for adjustments, adaptations, and maintaining the original project integrity. Develop studies for new solutions to enhance internal processes and reduce costs. Collaborate with SEST to verify proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), and assess the need for supplier integration during activities conducted on Hospital premises. Develop and monitor routine services by applying quality tools, organize technical files related to projects, update control spreadsheets, and maintain the maintenance management system.
