Our employees are our greatest and most valuable asset; therefore, we seek dynamic professionals passionate about IT, innovation, and quality—who place the customer first, while also prioritizing their own well-being and that of the entire team, and who value continuous learning. ### **Job Responsibilities:** * Administration of Windows Server and Linux (Oracle Linux/RHEL-based) operating systems; * Management of directory services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs; * Operation, support, and maintenance of VMware vSphere virtualized environments; * Configuration and management of enterprise backup solutions, with emphasis on Dell Data Protection; * Administration and support of cloud computing environments, focusing on OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and Microsoft Azure; * Deployment, configuration, and support of infrastructure monitoring solutions using Zabbix and Grafana; * Work with TCP/IP networks, including subnetting, VLANs, firewalls, NAT, VPN, routing, and network security; * Support and troubleshooting of complex environments using CISCO and Palo Alto equipment; * Creation and maintenance of automation scripts using Shell Script, PowerShell, or Ansible; * Assistance with technical documentation, environment standardization, and continuous infrastructure improvement. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience administering Windows Server and Linux operating systems; * Solid knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP; * Practical experience with VMware vSphere virtualized environments; * Experience with enterprise backup solutions; * Hands-on experience with OCI and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments; * Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools; * Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and network security; * Analytical ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents; * Experience with automation using Shell Script, PowerShell, or Ansible; * Knowledge of information security practices and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST; * Strong communication, organizational, and technical documentation skills. ### **Additional Information:** * Start date: Immediate * Experience level: Mid-level * Employment type: Independent Contractor (PJ) * Work model: Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite in Campinas/SP * Contract duration: Indefinite ### **Preferred Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development. * Portuguese Interested in this position?
