Job Summary: We are seeking a Linux Systems Administrator with experience in automation, virtualization, and Kubernetes to join our team and independently resolve issues. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience as a Linux Systems Administrator 2. Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Linux distributions 3. Experience with task automation and scripting **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Linux Systems Administrator; * Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Linux distributions; * Knowledge of networking, security, and distributed systems; * Experience with task automation and scripting (Shell, Python, Perl); * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, KVM, Proxmox); * Experience with Kubernetes clusters; * Ability to independently troubleshoot issues; * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation; **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Linux certification preferred (LPIC, RHCSA, RHCE); * English proficiency for reading documentation and handling vendor support; * Availability for on-call duties and after-hours support; Employment Type: Full-time CLT or Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Remote hybrid arrangement for Alphaville, SP
