Job Summary: A professional responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) with Thin Clients, focusing on security, performance, and user experience, aligned with Zero Trust principles. Responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) in conjunction with Thin Client devices, ensuring security, performance, and user experience. Will handle configuration, standardization, and monitoring of endpoints, following Zero Trust practices and continuous hardening. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in AVD deployment and configuration (host pools, workspaces, FSLogix profiles); * Perform Thin Client configuration and maintenance (IGEL, Dell Wyse, HP ThinPro or similar); * Apply security baselines and hardening policies on devices; * Ensure robust authentication (MFA, Conditional Access) on endpoints; * Monitor compliance and performance via Azure Monitor, Intune, and reports; * Support testing, validation, and rollout across branches and business units; * Document procedures and contribute to continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or VDI solutions; * Knowledge of Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager for device management; * Understanding of Zero Trust, hardening, and endpoint security; * Experience with Thin Clients (IGEL, Dell Wyse, HP or equivalents); * Networking knowledge (VPN, DNS, VDI connectivity). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Microsoft certifications (AZ\-104, MD\-102\) or proven experience in Azure environments; * Experience in infrastructure migration or modernization projects; * Knowledge of VDI monitoring and troubleshooting. **Soft Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills for internal team collaboration; * Ability to work collaboratively and resolve issues quickly. **Important Information****:** **Work Location:** São Paulo/SP \- Paulista Region **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days onsite) **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT Full \+ benefits
