Support in claim cases and coordination with teams The **Risk Management and Monitoring (RMM)** department at the insurance company is responsible for closely supervising major construction projects through technical site visits and performance indicator monitoring, with a focus on value-added risk management to maintain a comprehensive and strategic view of project progress.
