Support processes related to ensuring the availability of the company's communication channels. Assist in network infrastructure planning. Oversee installation and perform maintenance on operating systems and software used by the company. Manage the installed hardware and software inventory. Perform backups of data stored on servers. Perform maintenance on operating systems, server equipment, and computers. Assist in developing complementary solutions. Conduct periodic monitoring of software and hardware installations. Install and configure software and hardware on workstations and application servers. Monitor third-party contracted and performed services. Assist superiors in negotiations with software and hardware suppliers. Organize, archive, and update IT documentation. Assist in managing network services, security policies, and data security infrastructure, such as antivirus and firewall. Support the implementation and maintenance of Internet infrastructure. Assist in standardizing procedures and configurations. Analyze, monitor, and support the company's IT infrastructure through hardware, software, network, database, and other updates and maintenance activities. Monitor and execute activities inherent to the operation of the company's hardware and software, including information security, destruction of discarded confidential information, creation of copies, security backups, and organization and storage of files in designated locations. Conduct user surveys to identify needs and acquire suitable software. Research new technologies and infrastructure solutions. Develop and deliver training sessions to users to improve system usage efficiency. Assist in contracting and monitoring maintenance services for IT equipment. **Qualifications** ----------------- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in user support. Technical Knowledge: * Solid knowledge of Microsoft systems. Knowledge of networks including VPN, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc. * Prior experience supporting clients using systems and software, including antivirus. * Previous experience as an Active Directory account administrator. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
