EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY – IT SUPPORT ANALYST Location: Indianópolis – SP * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – On-site model Level: Analyst – Employment type: CLT ✨ JOB MISSION: Ensure the proper functioning of the company’s technological infrastructure by providing technical support to users, performing equipment maintenance, and guaranteeing system and network stability. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of computers, networks, and operating systems; * 1–3 years of experience in the field; * Basic knowledge of information security; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Analytical and organized profile; * Strong problem-solving skills; * Continuous interest in learning new technologies.
