




Job Summary: Responsible for providing in-person customer service and support, guiding users in microcomputing, identifying computer issues, configuring systems, clarifying doubts, and performing hardware and software maintenance. Responsible for guiding company users or customers on microcomputing, diagnosing computer problems, identifying components requiring replacement, and determining which programs need reconfiguration or reinstallation; familiarity with customer service software, including incident ticket handling and guidance via e\-mail and telephone when necessary. Clarification of doubts, infrastructure, configuration, and updates related to: Microsoft products, antivirus software, network connectivity, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, internet, Office 365, printer configuration, servers, and client-specific systems.
